How do I return/exchange my order?

We're so confident that you'll love our shoes that we offer a 90 day money back guarantee if you're not compleatly satisfied with your order (returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

Just follow the following four steps:

1) Fill out the return form that comes with your order stating your reason for returning (if you'd like to exchange them just state what product you would like instead) and insert into your parcel then seal the box/bag

2) Attach the return label (that we provide with your order) to the parcel over the original label

3) Drop off your parcel at your local post office, remembering to get proof of postage

4) Sit back and wait for your refund or exchanged shoes!

I’ve misplaced my free returns label. How can I get another one?

We're more than happy to provide you with a new free returns label. Simply email us at hello@toffeln.shop and well email you another label to print out.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Returns usually take 3 - 4 days to reach our warehouse. We'll then process your return within 2 - 3 days and initiate a refund to your selected payment method.

Do you do back orders?

No. We don't do back orders. If an item is out of stock our website won't allow the product to be sold.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How do I write a review on a product?

You can write a product review very easily, simply log in and then:

1) On any product page, scroll down to the review section, and you'll see a button titled ‘Write a review’.

2) Once you click on that button you'll see three sections asking you for your name, how you rate the product and then a text box for comments. Please fill in as much information as you’d like.

3) Then, click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Free Delivery : get it in 2-3 working days

One Day Delivery : get it next working day (order by 4pm Mon - Fri) - £5.50

Express Delivery - get it next working day before 12pm (order by 4pm Mon - Fri) - £8.70

Saturday Delivery - get it on Saturday (order by 4pm on Fri) - £21.50

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as we’ve sent your order out, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the Royal Mail or DPD website, depending on who will be delivering your order.

I accidentally placed my order with standard 2-3 working day delivery, but I need the order tomorrow! What should I do?

If you’ve only just finished placing your order, please call us on 0345 500 4433 and we’ll try to change your order to next working day delivery. If more than an hour has passed, it’s likely that we’ve already packed and despatched your order! Even so, please call us for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.

I accidentally placed my order with the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

If you’ve only just finished placing your order, please call us on 0345 500 4433 and we’ll try to change your order to the correct delivery address. If more than an hour has passed, it’s likely that we’ve already packed and despatched your order! Even so, please call us for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.

Will I need to sign for my package?

Yes, to ensure the safe delivery of your order we send them on a signed for service.

Are your shoes available in wide fitting?

All our footwear is a standard fit, designed to provide the perfect balance between comfort and support for your feet.

How should I wash or clean my shoes?

Some of our shoes are fully washable, look out for the washable symbol on the product page and the correct temperature to wash them at. Just spray and wipe them clean, or put them in your washing machine after a busy shift.

Are your shoes latex free?

Yes, all our footwear is latex free.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis. Which style would be best for me?

The most popular range for this condition is the FlexiKlog due to its firm soles and built-in arch support, or alternatively you can go for the PowerLite insoles which are designed for this condition and wear them in the AktivKlog, AktivFlex and AktivLite.
