Toffeln on Tour Competition - Terms and Conditions
The Toffeln On Tour Competition is organised by Toffeln Limited and is open to customers of Toffeln Limited who are aged 16 years or over, with the exception of employees of Toffeln Limited and their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the Competition.
The Competition will run from 15/07/2023 to 23:59 on 13/10/2023 and entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
To enter the Competition, participants can post a photo or video on social media showcasing their Toffeln shoes using the hashtag #ToffelnOnTour or use the form above to submit their entry. You can also enter by emailing hello@toffeln.shop with the subject: #ToffelnOnTour, include the email address you'd like to be contacted on if you are a winner, no purchase is necessary.
By entering the Competition, participants grant Toffeln Limited the right to use their submitted photos or videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If you would like to opt out please select 'No' in the Marketing Permissions section above and include a screen shot of your post if you have entered via social media.
Entries that contain explicit or sexual content, promote discrimination or hate, depict criminal behaviour, or endanger lives will be removed at the discretion of Toffeln Limited.
The prizes promoted during the Competition are subject to availability. If any original prizes become unavailable, Toffeln Limited will negotiate an alternative prize of equal value. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.
The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries during the Competition Period. The winners will be notified via the contact details provided during entry within 14 days of the closing date if a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification. In that case, Toffeln Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
